Simpli Comfy Queen EZ Bed
Merchant VideoTips
- A mild odor from the PVC is normal. Air out the product in a well-ventilated area for a few days. It meets international safety standards.
- Avoid sudden impacts on the air mattress to prevent strap breakage or seam splits. Max weight capacity: Queen Size: 500 lbs, Twin Size: 300lbs
- Before use, ensure the floor is free of nails, blades, or other sharp items that could puncture the product. This product is not designed for flotation.
- Use in temperatures above 50°F (10°C). After delivery, let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours before inflating.
- Keep the pump dry and away from moisture. Store it in a cool place, away from fire, heaters, and direct sunlight.
- In cold weather, keep it indoors. Using it cold may cause cracks at the folds.
- Due to the flexible nature of PVC, the product may initially appear 2-4 inches smaller because of material contraction. After inflation and a few days of use (or 1-2 refills), the PVC will stretch and return to its intended size. This is not a defect.
- Inflatable products lose air over time. Refill every 3–5 days, or daily during the first few days. Use the included pump for about 1 minute or until it stops automatically. Avoid overinflation, as it may cause strap breakage or irreversible bulging.
-
Does the frame retract itself when deflating?
No. After the air mattress is fully deflated, please gently lift the frame and push it back.
-
Why I feel the air mattress is losing air at its first use?
It's most often due to the stretching out of the air mattress material. Simply fully deflate then re-inflate your mattress one more cycle, this should allow the mattress material to properly stretch so it can remain firm throughout the night.
-
Where should I store my EZ Bed?
Please keep your EZ Bed away from humid space and away from direct heat. Humidity and heat can cause the EZ Bed malfunction.
